- • Lack of coordination among the staff for cleaning and changing towels the first 2 days despite the sign on the door and despite our reminder at the reception. The same for the air conditioning too cold, unable to change the program despite reminders at the front desk. Apart from that, the dishes at the hotel restaurant are very good. The staff is welcoming. The hygiene products are of good quality and smell good. Large bed and very appreciated refrigerator. Clean hotel with beautiful decoration. Good address.
Excellent value for money nice property
The facilities were clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful. I was lucky enough to have a balcony as they gave me an adapted room which was very handy with a toddler - we had a little extra room. As I soon realised none of the other rooms have a balcony. The bathroom was big and spacious for wheelchair access although I have no disabilities I was happy with this set up for me and my young son easy access with a walk-in shower - perfect. The food was better than I expected - breakfast there was a lot of variety and dinner options were good although we had to pay it was quite reasonably priced. Kids eat free. I would definitely stay again. Also there is a massive shopping centre 5-7 min walk from the hotel with all high street brands including Zara and Primark!
