I will choose this hotel again over any of the others, when I am back on Grasse.
My second stay, like last year an astonishing cuisine, very attentive staff, clean cosy and very comfortable rooms, got a prime parking spot for my car.

Breakfast was good and the view unique. The pool was acceptable but dirty.

- • Fitness room with very old equipment, dangerous, should be closed. Reception very distant and cold. Rooms shabby, carpet needs to be replaced. Several door handles were no longer functional.
All in all, an excellent stay. The staff were competent as well as friendly.
We didn’t have breakfast. But we did have lunch which was really good. They had some choice for vegetarian meals.

- • As I said at my check out this morning at the reception, the sore point of the stay was last night at my birthday dinner at the hotel restaurant. Once seated at the table, the girl serving wines and aperitifs asked us if we wanted an aperitif and/or cocktail. I asked for a flute of champagne and upon my choice of Billecart Salmon, she said: it's €32 per glass. Is that okay? I found this sentence in very poor taste and inappropriate. Regardless of the fact that it was my birthday (especially in front of my husband, even though I think the restaurant was not informed by the reception of this), something like this cannot happen. You must find a way to present an aperitif price list professionally to avoid such sentences at the table. Instead, the girl who took the orders and spoke a little Italian was very kind.
