Great location from Bayswater or Queensway stations. Near to Hyde park. Lots of local restaurants

- • Room could have been bigger as had 3 single beds. The amount of stairs to get to the room.

- • The very tired room with either boiling hot water or cold water for the shower, the waste water held in the sink due to poor drainage. The window was kept open with a piece of 3x2 wood and the mattress needed renewing. There was no fridge as described.

- • They made us climb 5 flights of stairs and carry our bags at the same time. No1 helped us with our bags at all. It was unbelievably hot, to the point where we struggling to stay in the room and continuously sweating, we asked for fans multiple times with no luck. One of the staff said it should be cooler in the morning. Water pressure for the shower was terrible.
Disappointing & I would not recommend staying here.

- • The whole place is a desperate need of a good revamp. Not worth the premium price paid even with the prime location. Old fashioned, stuffy, small room. Bathroom (if you can call it that!) tiny, crammed into one corner of the room. The shower did work but was far too hot & we could not make it cooler. Walls all scuffed, floor covering a bit loose. A real case of make do & mend everywhere.
A bed to sleep in at night.
