Heerlijke plek om vanuit de rust Gent te verkennen!
Truly fantastic! From the outside, you cannot imagine that there is such a little paradise hidden behind the front door. We had the room downstairs at the back on the left. It borders a small garden where it is incredibly quiet despite the central location. This garden is shared with another room. We found our room very comfortable: luxurious towels, beautiful decor, fresh and clean, delightful mattresses. We think the location is perfect. Within a 10-minute walk to the old town. More than enough coffee shops within a few minutes' walk. Lovely city, very friendly people, delightful B&B!! Thanks Polo for everything!!

- • The B&B is a beautifully restored old building. Sometimes a bit noisy, but we didn't find that to be a problem.

Very relaxing stay in a cool environment within walking distance of the center of Ghent.
The location (tram T2 stop in front of the door), the back room opens onto the garden, allowing you to step/stay directly in the greenery. The reception is also very warm by everyone who helped and served us. Breakfast is also recommended.

Good location of the accommodation, but we couldn't get a good night's rest.
Good location. Very close to the old town. We continued our journey by tram from the train station, which was a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. Breakfast is available upon request.

- • We communicated with the hosts via messages. They provided the code in advance for us to enter the building. However, we couldn't get the room key because there was no one to hand it over. We sent a message, but received no response, we called the mobile, but it was switched off. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting, the host appeared. Not a tragedy, but at that moment our situation seemed hopeless. The mattress was too soft. Noises filtering through from another room/building at night are disturbing. For those who sleep lightly, it won't be easy to sleep here. The worst part was when on both nights spent here, around 1:20-1:30 AM, someone slammed the door, went up the creaky stairs, then after a while went back down the stairs and slammed the door again. The wifi was unusable, we couldn't even connect to it.

- • No wardrobe in the room. So you live out of your suitcase. Not a big deal for some, but we were there for 3 nights.
Cozy and very fresh
Clean structure and excellent location to reach the center and the main attractions even on foot. A very fresh, cozy, fragrant room overlooking a small shaded garden equipped with chairs and tables, very convenient for a break during the day (we had a scorching week in terms of temperatures). Breakfast in a beautiful kitchen overlooking the garden, varied, with both sweet and savory products but... the price is definitely above average. Appreciated the possibility of leaving luggage.
