- • They don’t clean the pools, they don’t take care of the place in general, you can find random stuff or garbage anywhere, the pool’s ground is cracked, they ignored my special request for birthday decorations, also the room’s key is not working we had to call for help several times, the safe and phone in the room not working as well

The location is spectacular, but the welcome exceeds it! Highly recommended! They also helped us a lot when we ran out of gas. Hats off!

Ideal place to start your journey
Spacious room with a superb view of the Dead Sea. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Access to the sea is easy. A very pleasant and practical place to discover the Dead Sea.

The staff was very friendly, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious. Access to the Dead Sea is directly accessible via some stairs, new mud for rubbing is always provided in the mornings. There are also showers and sun loungers available.

- • Since everything is not full and busy right now, time could be used for repairs and cleaning that go beyond normal room cleaning - such as balconies and windows. The missing small tiles from the pool could also be replaced.
