Everything is beautiful, cleanliness, the kitchen is equipped with all necessities, no need to bring anything, daily cleaning service, changing the trash bin, and tidying up. The location is nice, between Zell am See and Kaprun, close by.

- • What always bothers me: no insect screens on the windows, high consumption, on-demand cleaning is not acceptable, no laundry service, check-out at 10 am sharp.

Wonderful stay.
We had a very nice and comfortable stay at this hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it a great choice for our family. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was pleasant. The only downside was that there was no laundry machine available, which would have been very helpful for guests staying several days. Other than that, everything was excellent. We would be happy to stay here again.
