- • Apartment 3/5. The cleaning service is poor; they only change the trash can and towels and don't clean the place, especially if you're staying for an extended period. The dishwasher is also broken and hasn't been repaired. The curtains in the room let in sunlight. Furthermore, the cleaners are very noisy while cleaning the adjacent rooms; they don't clean quietly, which is disturbing and forces us to wake up early. The only redeeming features of the apartment are the rooms, the living room, and the two bathrooms, but the service is terrible. It's also common for cleaners to enter rooms even if you haven't placed a cleaning order on the door, which is a violation of privacy the internet is not working.

The location is strategic, halfway between Zell am See and Kaprun, 15 minutes from Kitzsteinhorn and 5 minutes from the Thermal Baths
