Met our needs entirely.
Liked that it was an annex of the main hotel. It was nice and quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable. Met our needs entirely. The Guest Mobility Pass was very useful as the bus stopped virtually outside of the villa and was easy to hop on to get into Salzburg centre.

- • Nothing. I can see that some people might not like having to go 150m to the main hotel for breakfast and reception if the weather was bad, but for us this wasn’t a problem.
Very good but too hot during heatwaves (no AC).
Easy access by bus (free ticket) and parking space for 10€. Spacious room for three adults.

- • Lack of air conditioning (temperature >35) and refrigerator. This led to overconsumption of water (shower) and electricity (fan) which is not environmentally friendly.
Recommended for motorcyclists.
Large room and proximity to public services. Bus lines 1 and 10 that go to the city center are a 1-minute walk both towards and from the center. We left the motorcycle parked and only used public transport (free).

Quality accommodation equipment, everything necessary available. Check out by 11:00, which is nice. Parking space for 10 euros per day available. We also received free public transport tickets, so we could comfortably move around the city for free.

Good overnight option with the option for breakfast.
Great location, only about 15 minutes walk to the city center. Bus stop right next to the house. Bus ticket was even included in our price. Very large bathroom.
