- • Unfortunately, there is too little staff at breakfast: waiting 20 minutes for coffee and 45 minutes for egg dishes... that is unfortunately far too long, even if you can enjoy the time admiring nature and the service makes up for it with humor and friendliness :)

Good location but poorly managed room temperature ruined our stay
The property was in a great location Very serene and was perfect for a resting and relaxing holiday. The rooms were clean and a good size. There was no staff when we arrived

- • The temperature in the hotel is centrally controlled, which unfortunately caused significant issues during our stay. On the first day we arrived, the room was far too cold and the only solution offered was portable radiators. Then, over the following days, the rooms were fixed at 24°C and we were unable to switch to air conditioning even when the weather became warmer. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly for two consecutive nights and eventually had to request a fan. Despite complaining, the only response offered was an apology and the suggestion that the fan itself was compensation. This was extremely disappointing given the cost of the hotel and the standard we expected. The lack of proper temperature control greatly affected my experience and honestly ruined a large part of the trip for me. I was so exhausted from the lack of sleep that I even missed breakfast for two mornings. Overall, this issue was handled very poorly and significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable stay.

Very beautiful Finca in a nice olive tree setting with very cozy apartments/rooms. Personnel is absolutely outstanding. Friendly, multilingual, very attentive, always trying to make their guests feel at home, welcome, and special. Being a frequent traveler across the world, I have rarely seen such dedicated staff !!
