I will probably repeat
Overall it was good. It was quiet and relaxing. It felt really good to walk along the river in the morning. There were Michelin-rated wontons at a nearby hawker center, which were really delicious. The Yankee Chicken Rice next door was also delicious. The hotel was clean and not crowded. The mornings and happy hours were relaxed, with everyone spending their time leisurely. The beer and white wine were properly chilled and there was plenty of them. The variety of alcohol was generally as shown in the pictures. I was surprised to find a bottle of red wine in the room. Since alcohol is very expensive in Singapore, I was very grateful for the abundance of these drinks. I could truly refresh myself by spending time by the poolside, drinking wine or beer without thinking about anything. Since it's often humid, having a drum-type washer-dryer and a water purifier in the room was really good. The hotel staff, including the cleaning staff, were pleasant. I realized I had forgotten something after returning home, and they helped me return it by cash on delivery. Thank you.

- • The deciding factors for choosing this place were lounge access, washer, and water purifier. However, the food variety is as reviewed. Especially during cocktail time, there are hardly any warm snacks, and if there are any, they are at the level of frozen foods, so it's better to have zero expectations. There are signs indicating a drop in the level of food and beverage services (such as the carbonated water dispenser being out of order), so I thought maybe the hotel was better when it first opened. The capsule coffee in the room was not to my liking. The coffee in the lobby was good, though. Housekeeping was not daily, but looking back, there were no issues. Considering the quality of amenities, I have some doubts about it being a 5-star, but I think this is because the expectations for long-stay and resort hotels are different. I wrote a lot, but I had a very good overall experience at this hotel, so I will probably repeat.

It’s a serviced apartment which has all the amenities of home. Every appliance in the room is of very good quality brand. The pool is lovely, water temperature is just right. Complimentary breakfast, evening snacks and all day beverages are definitely a plus. Best of all, the staff are friendly and helpful especially the 2 ladies at the front desk.

- • If I have to be picky, I would say it’s the location. Singapore is so humid and the nearest shopping mall is Great World. It’s more than a 10-minute walk for me. Other than the above, everything else is excellent

Great breakfast, location close to the restaurants and MRT, snacks in the afternoon were a nice touch. Everything was nice and modern, comfortable bedsheets and pillows, comfortable bed.

Wonderful Serviced Apartments Centrally Located In Singapore
The property was centrally located with easy access to restaurants, malls, parks, and the MRT. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, equipped with all essential amenities. The breakfast spread was decent, and the 24/7 access to free coffee and juices was a huge plus. We were traveling with a toddler, and it was a very convenient stay for us. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, allowing us early check-in and late check-out when asked for.

- • Nothing major. Just that the room we stayed in was a bit on the smaller side, and the translucent bathroom and toilet doors were a tad bit inconvenient.
Excellent experience, especially due to the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, etc.
We were extremely pleased with the location of the accommodation. Beautiful view and close to the metro. Centrally located with friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned 3 times a week and are fully equipped with all amenities.

- • The only area for improvement is the breakfast. Of course, this is subjective, but we found the selection to be somewhat limited for the average European.
A cozy comfortable start for settling down in Singapore
We stayed for a month for work and leisure. This is our first long stay in Singapore. I'm happy I found Fraser by the river! The service crew and manager are very professional and warm-hearted. The breakfast with sufficient variety combined east and west did cater for us well. Our room has always been cleaned so comfy with a pleasant smell. Minutes walk to the mall (connected to MRT) we enjoyed different food and snacks each time. The swimming pool and gym are very spacious and peaceful to use. Every day before evening they serve free drinks and snacks. We just feel so at home and thanks again for your hospitality!

- • One area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it’s decent, the selection feels a bit limited. Adding more variety, including different styles of eggs instead of just boiled ones each day, would make a noticeable difference.
