- • Air con would go off if you didn’t keep it on overnight The double rooms were so small for two people It was very musty and smelly in areas We moved to the private room and that was better

- • The staff was friendly over text, but not in person. The accommodation was very dark, the building overall very noisy and in a party area. Sheets, walls, and bedding were dirty and stained. The toilets in the lower section were very run-down and dirty.

- • The room I booked is quite different from the picture on Booking.com, I felt misled. The picture shows light coming in from the window. But in reality, the window is covered with wood or cardboard, making the room seem very dark and stuffy. The lounge area is also very hot and the air conditioning is not turned on. I had to contact customer service to turn on the air conditioning, but the temperature seems to be set at the highest, I don't feel any cooling at all. If the owner wanted to save electricity, they could periodically turn on the air conditioning and keep it at a comfortable temperature instead of turning it off entirely.
