We had a great time in Dorsett Kai Tak and we'll definitely book it again. Receptionists and cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but there should be more fish. Fish was served only one morning out of 14-day-stay.

Nice hotel but AC needs work.
Very nice location, new hotel and good facilities. Easy taxi driveway, overall a pleasant experience.

- • AC is not working properly — there is no way to set comfortable temperature and speed, it is always strong and cold. Other alternative is humid and warm room, both weren’t very pleasant.
