I recently stayed here for my business trip around the city centre and had such a pleasant stay overall. The location is so convenient, close to public transit and local shops, and the onsite staff were always friendly and quick-witted whenever I needed anything sorted out. I had zero issues getting my official business invoice straight after check-out, the team dealt with my request promptly with no waiting around at all, which is so handy for work-related expenses. My room was consistently tidy and well-maintained throughout the whole stay. I always keep my suitcase properly zipped, and I never spotted any cockroaches or bugs inside my unit. Every basic facility functioned well, the room felt comfy enough for overnight business stays, and I thought the pricing represented really good value for such a prime spot. For anyone needing affordable, practical accommodation when travelling for work, I’d happily recommend this place.

We travelled all the way from the Philippines for my Hong Kong leisure holiday and booked this place for my whole getaway. The size is small but that is Hong Kong. I would happily stay once again on my next holiday trip to Hong Kong and recommend it to my travel-loving friends back home.

Rental prices in Hong Kong are crazy. Hence these realities. Not much comfort, of course. But you have to choose, either much more expensive or turn a blind eye to something. Clean. Nice bedding. Friendly manager. You can leave your backpacks before and after check-in.

- • Queue for the elevator. The area looks very suspicious, but safe. There was no hot water, although there is a boiler. No bathtub. Toilet and a showerhead above it. This is a shock. Gel/shampoo was absent. Noisy air conditioner, hard to sleep without it, hot. The price is too high for such conditions. If there is no Internet, you will not be able to check-in. The owner is not always at the hotel.

- • Insect infested, I saw a few cockroaches in the “apartment” Then when I came home at least one cockroach came out of my bag. I’m really concerned :((((
Simple hotel, but unable to provide a business invoice - not suitable for business guests.
Great location - right in the middle of the action and close to the metro. Pretty basic, but that's what you get when you're staying at one of the most affordable places in the area.

- • The hotel was unable to provide me with an invoice, despite multiple messages through booking.com and multiple WhatsApp contacts. It has now been 27 days since I first requested an invoice. This hotel is completely unsuitable for any business guests - stay elsewhere.
