- • The hotel does not have a restaurant where we could have breakfast, which is included, and there was never any certainty from the workers on how that worked. We spent 1 hour between the rooftop and the cafe figuring out how and where we should have breakfast. The rooftop only offers brunch on weekends starting at 11 am, which conditions the breakfast time. And the cafe on the first floor does not offer breakfast options. They only have bread and coffee.

- • The rooms we were given were too small. They had no windows, only small windows very close to the ceiling that do not allow ventilation. The other room we took didn't even have windows, only glass facing the interior of the building and could not be opened.

- • Since we stayed for a long time, the cleaning standard dropped. They no longer did 'turn over'. The staff did not greet at the reception when passing by.
