Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite

Just spent a week with my family and loved it. The good points: the staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly even when we turned up at 2am after our flight was delayed. The rooms are big and clean (and didn't see a single mosquito). Air con worked well. Netflix on the tv. Pool was clean. The best bit was being right on the beach. The boys loved playing football and splashing around. It's out of the city centre so very quiet and peaceful and it was great to get away from the insane traffic. It's about 8 miles/30min drive from West Hills Mall which has a big supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants which was good when travelling with children. Be aware: although it isn't far out of the city distance wise, because the traffic/roads are so bad it does take a long time to get to. If you were only in accra for a couple of days you might want somewhere a bit more central. Needs improvement: their back up generator wasn't working when we were there so every time there was a power cut (almost daily) there was no A/C. It wasn't a deal breaker but I've never stayed in a hotel in accra that didn't have a working back up generator. Would we stay there again: yes

This place lived up to its name! This was the most peaceful stay i have had anywhere. The food was great the staff catered to my every need. It is truly heaven on earth. I will be going back when i need to decompress! Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Serenity Terrace Beach. The room had an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The room was comfortable and well designed in modern décor with a living area sofa, chairs and large TV with streaming available The vibe was very calm and mellow. Just what was needed. I had mobility issues and the staff was very accommodating, helping me with my luggage and accessing the beach and pool areas. I even received a complimentary massage. Nothing but compliments all around. Five Stars. The only issues encountered were the road getting out to the site. Be prepared for potholes and a very bumpy ride. Uber was a reasonable from Central Accra, around $12. Management indicated they are aware of the road conditions and are working on improvements. The mattresses were a bit hard for what I am accustomed to. Otherwise everything was wonderful. I would definitely return on my next trip to Ghana. Thank You for a wonderful stay!

Hotel staff was very helpful. AC and freezer did not work. No fan remote so could not use the fan either. Ice cream melted since fridge was not working properly.

Enjoyed it so much that I had to extend. Thanks to Emmanuel, the black waiter (all of them are black though), our short chef and manager. Thanks for making my 1 week stay lovely, coming with family for Easter.
