Probably the best hotel in the city
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks offered at the restaurant and bar are also very good.

- • The breakfast could be more inclusive for vegetarians/vegans. For instance, by offering more warm dishes without meat and offering dairy-free milks or yoghurts.
Fantastic location and beautiful hotel
Very good breakfast buffet on the top floor with magnificent views. The lobby staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect for getting to various parts of the city. The hotel is priced well for all it offers.

Superb! Highly recommended. The best in Quito.
Location, decoration, size of the room, comfort of the room, great light design and interrupters well placed. Bathroom is excellent. The view is stunning. Staff super professional and friendly. Food is very good and the view of the 17th floor is exceptional.

- • Noisy as the location is on a busy road. Staff aren’t welcoming or friendly - they did the bare minimum and really not interested in guests except the bar and coffee shop man who were lovely.
