- • First of all, from the site, it is mentioned that it is a place with on-site parking at no additional cost even though it is close. In addition, the price for breakfast is not worth it, it is cheaper to buy the same thing separately. Lastly, the shower was leaking water

- • 1. There is no parking, you need to park at the mall, it’s nearby but not part of the hotel facilities as mentioned. 2. The breakfast voucher actually costs more than the breakfast without it, so it’s like a service that gives you nothing in return and even costs you more. 3. If you want to talk with someone, just know it’s an online hotel, there is no one here. You’ll probably talk with an AI or someone from Thailand or India or something. And the service is just bad because they don’t know the hotel themselves, they don’t even know what it looks like, and you have to communicate in English. 4. Room service didn’t come, even after I asked. It was delayed by 6 hours until someone actually came
