Fantastic family vacation! We spent 14 wonderful days here with our children (10 and 5). The sea is crystal clear and the reef is an absolute highlight for snorkeling. The hotel complex is huge but very clean and well-maintained. Food and drinks are easily accessible everywhere. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive service. A huge thank you to Mr. Mohamed for the great care during our entire stay. 100% recommendation!

The place is beautiful and peaceful, the sea view is beautiful, the service was very elegant, all the staff without exception, especially Mr. Mostafa Othman, made many things easy for us and helped us from the moment we arrived until the last minute of our stay. I cannot thank him enough. The food was delicious, thanks to Chef Adel.

Thank you for your warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. Mr. Mustafa at the reception was incredibly helpful right from the start and kept checking in on us regularly. The hotel is fantastic; the staff is lovely and very accommodating, and the food is excellent with a great variety. My only piece of feedback is regarding the animation team, which was quite disappointing. They seem to play the exact same 5 or 6 songs every time they come out. Even when the guests aren't engaging with them, they don't try to change up their routine or do anything new. However, putting the animation team aside, the entire hotel is honestly excellent. Thank you again!

Relaxing stay in a super cozy hotel
I had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would recommend it. The hotel is huge! This is a great advantage because it avoids the feeling of overcrowding. I found the idea of rickshaws/golf carts very useful for moving easily from one part of the property to another. The beach is very large, clean, and with a great availability of sunbeds and umbrellas. The animation team was able to create a beautiful atmosphere and a great vibe every evening. The two highlights for me were the water park, with slides suitable for adults that allow for a lot of fun, and the dinners at the à la carte restaurants. Overall, a well-kept, spacious resort ideal for those looking for relaxation, fun, and excellent services.

- • The sea in front of the hotel is undoubtedly very beautiful and clear, however, there is no coral reef directly in front of the beach. For those looking for snorkeling 'at hand' as soon as they enter the water, this could be a small limitation.
