- • 1) Minibar included, resp. sparkling water, juices and other non-alcoholic beverages are available for free 2) Coffee machine (capsules) available 3) More hangers available from the start without needing to ask the room cleaner (who did an amazing job) 4) Designated area for yoga or any other exercise offered by the hotel entertainment team (similar to what Jaz Riviera has) 5) Ice cream available throughout the day (similar to what Jaz Riviera offers)

Everything perfect
We stayed at Jaz Elite Amara and we really enjoyed it. The property is meticulously cared for, always clean and tidy, and exudes a calm and pleasant atmosphere from the start. The staff was always kind, smiling, and available for any need, without ever being intrusive. The food satisfied us throughout our stay: good quality and variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also enjoyed the experience at the Fawanis restaurant in the Riviera resort, where we found a truly sophisticated and well-kept atmosphere. A big plus was the attention to my boyfriend's celiac condition. The staff organized daily to prepare dedicated meals for him, taking great care to avoid contamination. The chef changed pots and gloves each time, and thanks to this care, he never had any issues. Furthermore, the gluten-free food (especially pasta and pizza) was surprisingly good: excellent cooking and flavor, far better than many Italian restaurants. A special thanks to the restaurant manager Hany, always attentive and helpful to us. The beach is also very beautiful and well-maintained. I especially recommend the area to the left, where we often had the opportunity to swim with turtles: a truly special experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant vacation and I recommend it without hesitation.

- • The only slight downside is that the pool bar service closes early (at 5 pm) and the rooms do not have a remote control for the air conditioning (you always have to get up), and Netflix is not available on the Smart TVs. Unfortunately, during our stay, the dugongs were not visible (but this is not the structure's fault)

- • Small things: there is no conditioner/balsam in the bathroom and they do not have slippers/flip-flops, strange for a 5-star. The hairdryer cord is too short, making it difficult to dry the hair, it continuously disconnects from the socket.

Everything! The location on the beautiful beach. Great for snorkeling. Especially in the morning and evening when the dive boats were gone. The corals and many fish are wonderful. The food and selection were great. Also for vegetarians. The room service from Adel was top-notch! Ahmed Maher at the reception helped us very well all week. Great service also at the pool bar and the beach restaurant. It was nice that we had the opportunity to eat three times in a different restaurant in the other Jaz hotels. There were always free sunbeds available. We will gladly come back!

- • Actually nothing. The dive boats/snorkel boats during the day in the Marsa Mares Bay took some getting used to. But the hotel is not to blame for that. However, we saw large sea turtles every day while snorkeling as well as a dugong once! It's worth going snorkeling in the morning before breakfast on the left side of the bay. Beautiful!
