There is no service at all. AC was not working even after being fixed. The beach waiters will not serve you even if you beg for a glass of water

Exceptional service and stay
The cleanliness of the property and the staff are truly amazing, especially Hossam, Catherina, and El Bibo. The restaurant is amazing and the vibes of the place are great
