Delicious food for an all-inclusive formula. Beautiful rooms - spacious bathroom. Good service from Ismed. Asian and Mexican restaurant was top. Nice pool and beach area.

It was definitely an unforgettable stay. There was a woman receptionist who helped us during our stay. She gave us a free upgraded room which has a bathtub and they sent a fruit plate with a lovely note. That was a very kind gesture and made us very happy. Helpful and friendly staff. They always ask about your needs and smile. Every area of the hotel has a modern and spacious design. There are many options for food and beverages and all taste amazing. We will definitely come back to this hotel and book more nights. Thanks to all staff.

The staff is extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Bassem and Mr. Mohamed Anwar. Food is of exceptionally high quality. There is always something to do at any point so it's never boring.

- • Some parts (lobby and main restaurants) are not air-conditioned as the hotel promotes sustainability so it can get really hot. Most of the cushions are hard. Rooms do not have blackout curtains so there is a little light in the morning.
