Thoughts out loud
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Good location within downtown, close to metro station and the real heart of Cairo. Property was clean. Although no meals were provided other than breakfast, however, so many take away and dining restaurants. Staff were more than happy and prompt for meal deliveries. Great Value for money. Thanks to all of you. Regards :)

- • Only breakfast is being offered. Hope there is a chance to offer light snacks for lunch and dinner, that can be handled financially on site.
Sweet, this is the fourth or fifth time I book this hotel.
The location is excellent, cleanliness is excellent, the staff is very good. The hotel is psychologically comfortable and very safe, with 24-hour reception. The location is historical and suitable for lovers of downtown. It has nice services, luggage scale, and a small kitchen affiliated with the hotel in a location adjacent to the rooms area.

- • A disturbing place and the workers do not communicate well. The faucets are weak and noisy. I came for a medical trip, and when I had the surgery, I ordered breakfast from outside, and I had a friend accompanying me in the hospital, and they refused to let him have breakfast in the room. They failed us with my guest.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted me with anything I needed!

- • My room was opposite the laundry room, where the washing machine was running non-stop. At 1 am, 1 pm, and 7 pm, even at 7 am. Moreover, the staff does not even close the door of the laundry room. I did not receive breakfast on the last day. The elevator sometimes did not work, sometimes there was no water and electricity. The edges of the windows and the room door do not close well, so there was not even this much noise protection. Drivers honk non-stop in the city because there are no traffic lights/they are not taken into account. The noise was constant.
The place is very nice and quiet
