Beautiful resort with a splendid location on the Red Sea
Very well-maintained structure, with a more reserved and quiet area (rooms with direct access to the pool) and an area more suitable for families and children.

- • We recommend a bit more clarity on the all-inclusive package. The summary document we received at reception was not exhaustive, and we 'discovered' several things during our stay that we would have liked to know more easily and clearly.

Well, where to start?? From Mohamed Lamborghini to the car service?? From Any to the table service at the buffet?? From Mohamed to the room cleaning service with his drawings?? It would be difficult...at True Beach, you feel at home and leave a piece of your heart ❤️ If you want to snorkel, it doesn't offer much, in the sea there is no pier so the water is shallow and with direct access (I recommend rock shoes)...but if you walk 10 minutes along the beach, you will find Marsa Nakari, a small bay with a beach from which diving boats depart 👍🏻👍🏻 The resort is simply fantastic, elegant, meticulously maintained, divided into two areas...Resort for families and Village for Adults, this area built 2 years ago...brand new with rooms having direct access to the pool and junior suites with jacuzzi (it was my room...a spectacle), an adults-only pool with drink & food service at each umbrella. Themed restaurants, excellent standard cuisine, sufficient and never too intrusive entertainment!!! If you are looking for a luxurious place in Marsa Alam to relax, you are in the right place ❤️

- • Sometimes you return to the room and you would like to immediately immerse yourself in the jacuzzi, but unfortunately, to activate it, you have to call reception every time and wait for the maintenance person to arrive (who activates it by opening some valves underneath), I find it very inconvenient and unfair considering the room price. The minibar is indicated to be restocked daily, but during my stay, it never happened despite my requests to the staff...only water, bad.
Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery with the stunning sea of Marsa Alam just a stone's throw away. I highly recommend it

Beautiful structure, very well-maintained with a beach area with crystal clear water.
The rooms and the structure in general (pools, bars) are very beautiful and well-maintained. A special mention to Khaled who took care of room cleaning and to Hussien from the El Manzil restaurant.

- • The food was a bit repetitive, and some staff members were not always courteous (especially Ahmed from the pool bar, very rude and impolite)
Recent structure and modern furnishings. Spacious and comfortable room. Quiet beach and splendid sea. Overall, we had a great time. What made the holiday even more peaceful and enjoyable was Magdy, very kind and helpful, he helped us on many occasions. A good person, always smiling and welcoming.
