Hello, we liked the service and cleanliness very much. The use of live flowers is very nice. The attention and interest of the restaurant staff is nice. The smiles were wonderful. It always feels good to have fresh fruits in the room. The air conditioning system is great. It's nice to have access to clean towels. Snacks are good. The cleanliness of the toilets is incredible. We liked the small disposable hand towels in the sinks. The food tastes good overall.

The variety was not excessive, but the taste was good and you can always find something to eat. The pools were calm, felt like they were private, the evening dinner at Laguna Vista was very enjoyable, the staff were very friendly.

We stayed at Laguna Club for our honeymoon and overall we were very satisfied. The hotel is especially suitable for honeymoon couples; it has a quiet, peaceful, and not very crowded environment. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food was delicious, but we would have liked a bit more variety. Especially the dining hall staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They were also very warm and attentive to Turkish guests. We thank Ms. Samir very much for her attention, friendliness, and helpfulness throughout our stay. We also thank El Sayed Bey for taking care of us closely at every meal and paying attention to our drinks. Their attention and sincerity made our vacation even more beautiful.
