Dear Pickalbatros Family and Hotel Manager Ahmed Adel, It was an unforgettable holiday for us. Everything was arranged so beautifully and conveniently that, despite it being our first visit, we faced no difficulties at all. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone: Hotel Manager Ahmed Adel, Reception Supervisor Mr. Mohammed, Restaurant Chef Mr. Nadeer, staff members Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Mohamed, and Lobby Manager Mr. Sameer. We also greatly appreciated the meticulous attention paid to safety measures in the pool and water areas—it was excellent. The Head Lifeguard, Mr. Mahmood Eid, and his team were very attentive. It doesn't feel like a hotel; it truly feels like home. Many thanks to Ahmed Adel and his team.
