Mohammed Bey helped us during check-in and they let us into the room early. The food and room cleanliness were great. All the staff were very attentive. Animator Ahmed, my brother, was friendly and did his best to entertain us. It was a very beautiful experience, thanks to everyone ❤️

Beautiful holiday
Overall, everything was great. If you enjoy walking, there is no need to prefer Laguna Vista, it is the same quality but a bit more expensive. Mohamed Ghaly was very helpful during check-in and check-out, he is a polite person

I have been to the hotel for the 2nd time, once with a tour in January and recently in May. I really really liked it, I love it. The location is nice, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. I can't say wow about the food, but there are no inedible meals. Also, we could benefit from the Laguna Vista hotel right across, which is very good as Laguna Club. If I go again, and I will go, my choice will be here in October
