- • We had booked a room with a double bed but got a room with a sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on, too hard and did not match our booking. Unfortunately, the staff does not speak Dutch... Eventually, we got another room, but only for the second night. Windows could not be opened... fresh air is a must!

- • During check-in, we waited for a while around 5 pm without finding anyone at the reception. The reception afterwards was quite cold and uninformative, especially for the garage where no clear explanation was given. The breakfast was very basic, with few choices (only one type of bread, no omelette). For an included breakfast, it was disappointing. Moreover, our reservation was not immediately found on the list, which required verification with the manager despite the confirmation indicating that breakfast was included. Overall, the room is okay, but the service and breakfast are not up to par.
