Nice and clean apartment with a great price/quality ratio and friendly staff.
Arrival was very pleasant. I arrived earlier than the agreed time. Room was not ready yet. Another identical room was ready and they asked me if I wanted that one. Then I could check in immediately. Of course, and so it was done.

- • TV remote control... Almost an unavoidable inconvenience. Manageable.
No parking available. A disappointing hotel.
Had all we needed for a 1 night stay. Check-in lady was very helpful, and was doing her best at fielding numerous complaints on her own with no support.

- • Disaster from the start. We booked this as it had parking. Drove in, pressed the intercom which eventually answered to be told no parking available. Only advice to Google nearby public parking! Forced to reverse out onto the road and park elsewhere. Parking was the ONLY reason we booked this hotel. We arrived at the reception. Door wouldn't open. A guy was there waiting so we tapped on the glass and he let us in. It was 09.05 pm. He said he had a complaint and wanted to talk to reception but he had been there 10 mins and seen no one. We tried knocking on doors. Telephoning the hotel. Nothing. Then a young lady came down the stairs, she said she was on her own in reception and was dealing with 2 other customers and an incident. 2 people came in from the street and she tried to placate them with their problem. Then the other guy and his lack of housekeeping problem. Then eventually our check-in! She was clearly under pressure, but kept positive even going off to get cold drinks for us as the bar is no longer open. The room was fine. Surprised it was just a sofa bed. No bedside tables. Hotel appeared empty at breakfast. Food OK but had been stood out a while as not many people dining. Not a hotel I would recommend or use again.

Good location, comfortable room, friendly staff.
We had a room on the 7th floor and so, had a wonderful view over Antwerp. The room was spacious and offered plenty of storage space. The bathroom was also spacious. The bed, despite being a sofa bed, was very comfortable, we could sleep well and rest in it. The breakfast offered something for every taste - classic hotel breakfast. The coffee was delicious. Particularly noteworthy are the extremely friendly staff, whether at check-in, during breakfast or check-out. Thank you for your warm hospitality.
