Outstanding. Brilliant location, marvelous service and excellent facilities.
The initial contact with staff on arrival was outstanding. The concierge, Louis, helped bring our bags up the short staircases into the foyer and we were allowed into our room early. He was very helpful, making a number of suggestions about sights to see and orientating us around the hotel and its facilities. The room was a good size, very well presented and the surrounds were quiet. The turn down service was excellent and the attendant Abu was very good (polite, helpful and conversational). Overall, our experience of Hotel Fleur de Ville was extremely positive and we will certainly return with our family in the future.
