- • That it does not have an elevator and that breakfast could be improved.
Convenient location if you plan on taking the bus to El Chaltén/Puerto Natales as it's a few minutes walk to the bus terminal and fifteen minutes to the main street. Stayed here twice during my tour of Patagonia, service was friendly and rooms comfortable.

Price-performance perfect
Perfect location for us, 5min. to the bus station, 15min. to the city (on foot). Unbeatable value for money. Breakfast had everything you need. Very clean and new hotel with free parking.

Good value for your money
I liked that the staff was good and attentive. The price for what you get is very good, considering that El Calafate is very touristy and therefore everything is usually expensive. I liked that the hotel looks quite new and everything worked well. The breakfast was simple, but it served its purpose well.

- • The heating could not be regulated, so the room was very hot despite opening the window, which affects sleep at bedtime. It was not so close to the town, you can walk, but there is a slope to climb, so it is not so easy to walk especially when you are tired after being on a tour all day.
