A good place to stay detached from city crowd
Our map guided to the place but unfortunately there is a sign board of Alberni on Jabal Hafeet Road, it was misleading sign of Mercure Hotel. Room was comfy and balcony view to pool & aerial view of Al Ain was delightful. Pool, water rides were splendid but need some more refurbishments for photographic background. Few aged snags of broken drawers, faded lights, over tight faucet taps.

Overall, it’s quite a decent hotel, with a good balance of price and quality. I really liked the view and the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and responsive. However, if you return to the hotel late, you might have to spend some time looking for a parking spot. All in all, I would recommend this hotel—we enjoyed our stay.

Nice secluded hotel nestled in a mountain side next to a large resort the mecure. The hotel offered high quality customer service, privacy and rooms. My husband and I were warmly welcomed- towels changed daily, bath robes provided and any requests for example a hairdryer, mint tea etc was expeditiously executed- no wait times. Our room had direct access to the pool and sun bed. We also took advantage of the shared facilities from the Mercure. We had a fabulous time and felt welcomed. We explored the green Mubazzara, oasis’s, museum and local malls. At time of our visit there was only one of the two outdoor pools functional but this sufficed- the pool was maintained well- a good temperature. The views were stunning of the city and mountains. Very scenic. Beautiful marble decor.
