A good place to stay detached from city crowd
Our map guided to the place but unfortunately there is a signboard of Alberni on Jabal Hafeet Road, it was a misleading sign of Mercure Hotel. The room was comfy and the balcony view of the pool & aerial view of Al Ain was delightful. The pool, water rides were splendid but need some more refurbishments for a photographic background. A few aged snags of broken drawers, faded lights, over-tight faucet taps.

Overall, it’s quite a decent hotel, with a good balance of price and quality. I really liked the view and the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and responsive. However, if you return to the hotel late, you might have to spend some time looking for a parking spot. All in all, I would recommend this hotel—we enjoyed our stay.

Nice secluded hotel nestled on a mountainside next to a large resort, the Mercure. The hotel offered high-quality customer service, privacy, and rooms. My husband and I were warmly welcomed—towels changed daily, bathrobes provided, and any requests, for example, a hairdryer, mint tea, etc., were expeditiously executed—no wait times. Our room had direct access to the pool and sunbed. We also took advantage of the shared facilities from the Mercure. We had a fabulous time and felt welcomed. We explored the green Mubazzara, oases, museum, and local malls. At the time of our visit, there was only one of the two outdoor pools functional but this sufficed—the pool was maintained well—a good temperature. The views were stunning of the city and mountains. Very scenic. Beautiful marble decor.
