- • Our stay at this so-called five-star hotel was extremely disappointing. The humidity level in our room was so high that it had a strong musty smell. During the night, we were even woken up by the odor, which was so unpleasant that it irritated our airways and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. For a hotel that claims to offer a five-star experience, this is simply unacceptable. A clean, fresh, and healthy room environment should be a basic standard, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet that expectation. The Front Desk experience could also have been much friendlier. We did not feel particularly welcomed and were not given sufficient information about the hotel upon arrival, which only added to our disappointment. The only positive aspect of our stay was the food, which was generally excellent. Overall, the F&B department provided good service, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We would especially like to mention Niroshan, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful during our breakfast. His excellent service was one of the few highlights of our stay. However, even these positive experiences cannot make up for the poor condition of the room and the discomfort we experienced throughout the night. For these reasons, we can only give this hotel one star and would not recommend it.

We really liked everything at this hotel: the business lounge staff and food, Dine-Sha who gave me a great 90 min facial, the breakfast selection, the size and location of the pool, the room - it was a great choice

- • While I specifically booked for a non-smoking room, they checked us into a smoking room, then put us in a twin room while I was with my partner, the next day changed the room to a double bed

Smooth Event & Tasty Meals
The service and food were absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly, from the front desk to everyone else. Even though the venue is close to a busy road, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff cleared tables and plates very quickly after each meal, which was impressive. During my two-day visit for the event, Mr. Supun was especially attentive and handled every request promptly, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning in the hall—it became very cold within minutes, and there was no remote available. Each time we needed to adjust or turn it off, we had to ask a staff member present in the hall throughout the event.
