- • Online it was stated that the hotel offers an electric car charging station. This is not true. The electric charging station is at a distant paid parking lot and works very poorly, so we had to contact their service and lost 2 hours because we had already paid for the charging that was not carried out. The hotel does not have any information about charging stations. This disappointed us because we chose this hotel for this reason. Please explain.

Perfect for us, we wouldn't look for another hotel after this!

- • The gentleman who helped us check out could be friendlier and more interested in helping us. It's super important - the first five minutes at check-in and the last five minutes at check-out. And if at checkout there's a staff member who barely does his job, it takes away much of the great work that everyone else has done during the stay.
