The location is very close to Zell am See center, ten minutes walk or less, cleanliness is somewhat clean but worn out, the best thing is having a bidet.

- • The staff is nice but their flaw is that they didn't inform us about the nearby free parking outside the city, and when we mentioned to the receptionist that we would choose the free parking outside, she said, 'Oh, do you know about it?' 😂😂 She wanted us to take the hotel's paid parking, I think guests should be informed about the existence of both paid and free parking and have the freedom to choose afterwards.
Central location in the middle of Zell am See
The central location and the fact that we could store and charge our E-bikes in the ski room. Friendly and helpful staff ☺️

- • With the window closed, it was impossible to sleep due to the heat (despite cool night temperatures), with the window open, it was impossible due to the noise from trains and car traffic 😕

A good hotel to treat yourself in a charming town
It was the most expensive hotel of our trip in Austria, but it was worth it. The room has everything, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is super complete. The hotel facilities are also amazing (with sauna and heated pool) and the breakfast is delicious and very complete. We would definitely repeat.

- • The only downside we would mention is that the TV, despite its large size, is somewhat old and did not allow us to sync any streaming platform, so we had to watch the series on the phone.
