- • As it was 25-30 degrees hot, we really missed air conditioning and the possibility to cool down the room. Additionally, it was not clear that we needed to reserve a parking space, so we had to use public parking where parking needed to be renewed every 3 hours.

It seems relatively recently built, very clean, modern, and well-maintained. I stayed in a suite, which was spacious, and it was nice that the bathroom and toilet were completely separate. The location is close to the city center, and the breakfast quality is excellent. There is also a kitchen and a microwave for simple cooking.

- • Parking is a problem. The reason for choosing this place was that there was an underground parking lot, but in the end, we couldn't use it and had to park on the street. From 6 pm on weekdays until 8 am the next day, parking in the areas marked with a blue line is free, and then a parking fee is added. When another guest checked in, it was clear that only those who had reserved a parking space in advance were allowed to park inside the building, which was not communicated beforehand. It seems that there is a severe shortage of parking spaces. If you are coming by car, I recommend not choosing a place to stay in Chelmsford but rather in the Capulets area. For those taking the train, staying in Chelmsford might be good, but otherwise, there are no advantages. The restaurants in the Capulets area are also better.
