Dont come
Paid RM219 for two nights, only to end up with terrible rooms. The first room had a broken bed. I asked to change rooms, but the next room had a broken air conditioner. Then I agreed to pay a bit extra for a deluxe room, but that room had no curtains on the window and no bathroom light. After that, I requested a king room. It was more spacious, but there were cockroaches and the room was still dirty. On top of that, I had to pay extra again. At first, the staff asked me to pay an extra RM40 for two nights, but said I could pay for one night first. The next day, when I wanted to pay the remaining RM20, the staff suddenly said no need to pay because of the inconvenience caused. So what if I had already paid the full RM40 earlier? Honestly, I wasn’t the only guest complaining. There were another four guys repeatedly asking to change rooms because the conditions were so bad. The staff kept saying it’s a budget hotel — I understand that. But I’ve stayed at the Damansara Jaya branch before and it was great. I don’t mind staying in a budget hotel, but at least the room condition should be acceptable.

- • I informed the CS that I will check in late after 8pm. However when I arrived, my room was taken, they told me I got no more room, they could refund me. However due to late night and I feel tired, I asked for their options. They further tell me to go to another branch to stay a night. After making calls he finally located me at the same hotel. They rushed to clean the room and neglected many things. They didn't change the towel, no shampoo/shower cream, sticky floor, the door lock was broken. I was bloody tired and couldn't do anything I just fell asleep and quickly ran away the next morning. What a bad experience. I hope this is just a special case. The male customer service however is helpful and polite. I just don't understand why they sold off my room to other clients, 😕😕😕😕😞
