I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz Residence Kota Kinabalu, and it was an absolute standout experience. From the moment I arrived, the quality of service and attention to detail were excellent.

Best hotel
First of all, the staff's response was polite and very thoughtful. The room was beautiful and perfectly clean with many amenities, making it the best. Since it is attached to a department store, it is very convenient.

A good stay in Kota Kinabalu
The staff's WhatsApp response was very prompt, and the amenities were excellent, making it very comfortable. The room was also very clean.

High cost performance
The staff's response is quick. Although the toilet drainage was low and clogged, they responded immediately when contacted and improved it. The entrance is hard to find, but they explained it in detail through chat. Water, juice, snacks are free. There are even waterproof pouches for smartphones and vinyl raincoats.

Stayed here for two nights, and the experience on the second night was not good.

- • In rooms facing the street with floor-to-ceiling windows, it is obvious to hear the noisy street outside. There is a lot of room for improvement in sound insulation. Also, woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot, only to realize that the air conditioning had automatically turned off.
