- • Breakfast is very average. If you come late, a lot was already gone and not replenished.
Breakfast was tasty, nothing extraordinary. It was a pity that there was no milk selection, but that's a detail - it would be nice to at least have a milk alternative as well. I really liked that we could get chilled water at any time and make our drinks ourselves, and we could easily get ice cubes from the staff (so you can make your own iced matcha or iced coffee :))

- • The drain in the sink didn't work well on the first day, and we only had cold water in the shower. After reporting this to reception, it was fixed, and we could use the bathroom well. ATTENTION, if you shower downstairs in the publicly accessible shower (at the fitness room), the drain under the shower doesn't work! So it's enough for a quick rinse, but anything longer risks flooding.
The hotel had everything we needed. The staff deserved a perfect 10—they were all very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The facilities offered everything we expected. There were only two things not good at all: the hotel did not have its own private beach, and the cleanliness of the rooms was not at the level you would expect from a 5-star hotel, no hot water in the shower. The food was excellent, and there was a great variety, with a different selection offered almost every night.
