Amazing service and very clean rooms
Service was excellent and very good. We asked many questions and they helped with answers all the time. On our last day, we had a late flight back home and they even let us use the showers so that we were nice and clean. This was after we had already checked out. Exceptional service

The hotel is good, although new, the service is lacking warmth.

- • 1. The Godfather steak is not from the hotel restaurant and cannot be charged to the room. Few five-star restaurants do not allow room charges, maybe because I haven't stayed enough. 2. The coffee supplies were not replenished after room cleaning, lacking thoughtfulness.
