- • We arrived 1 hour past check-in time and still one of the rooms was not ready, and we were offered an accessibility room instead. For the value we paid, we expect to get exactly what we booked for and at the time we are promised which is check-in time. Also, I sent my clothes to laundry and got them back in a very bad condition! Two of the pants were completely shrunk and out of shape from the laundry! This is not the service I expected at a 5-star hotel! My experience was disappointing.

- • Staff were nice, but slow, checking in was at 3 pm, but I waited until 6 pm to get into my room, I had received some flowers on my birthday while staying at the hotel, they failed to mention it or deliver to my room, I find out a day later, after leaving the hotel. So they need to pick up on their skills, otherwise, they were very friendly.

- • Long wait for breakfast, long wait at the bar, room not turned around until very late in the afternoon. Felt the levels of service provided fell short of the aspiration of the hotel, very glitzy but a little short on standards but all staff polite.
