- • The in room safe batteries failed and we couldn't get it to open - but the service man was quick to respond. I suggest it would be nice to have a small coffee table and two chairs on the balcony.

Overall, an excellent stay at a first-rate hotel!
Overall the George Hotel is an exceptional place -- excellent location, wonderfully helpful staff, good facilities, my only criticism is the rather poor selection of food options at breakfast, i.e. limited choice and amounts available for selection could be more generous. Apart from improving what's available for breakfast, there is nothing more I could criticize about the George and I'm already considering a return visit in the near future!
