- • Confusing instruction when checkout because there were different management handling the building and mine was not at the lobby counter during check out. Asking for an extra towel but the staff was so slow to deliver it, waiting almost an hour, and I think there is some miscommunication between the staff. There is a smell from the toilet, not sure if it comes from the drainage in the toilet. The floor is also a bit sticky. Maybe can provide more mirrors too because the one I booked only has a mirror in the toilet.
