Be careful when you book this Creepy looking place, you might lose your money and still not get a room.
Nothing, the place looks like an outdated cheap saloon, clustered congested rooms are smaller than standard bathroom side you literally touch wall to wall, poor ventilation funky smell.

- • Rude, inconsiderate staff, greedy unhelpful staff just running around. I booked a standard room, on my arrival waited 30min on the gate with no help when they finally open I was told the room I booked is not available and must make another R950 for Deluxe Room and I must take the issue with Booking.com and it is none of their business, POOR POOR customer service. Rendered by unfriendly bad looking staff.
Rules must apply to everyone not just a specific race.

- • At first were not allowed to use the kitchen and pots but they did not specify on app that kitchen is off limit. They said after two days they were gonna come clean the room but they never did. They said no eating in the room but we found some traces of food from previous people who booked the room and we Witness people carrying food to their room after warming it up and nobody said anything.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The place was clean and adaptable. The place was beautiful outside our room. The water was hot every day. The Netflix was a nice treat to have after work to watch. The WiFi worked. The closet space was amazing and the bed comfortable and of quality.

- • The room needed a kettle and small refrigerator. The toilet needed a bin, hand soap and a hand towel. The shower door and toilet seat need attention and the bedding needs attention as it was in bad shape being torn and had holes. The going in was easy as there was a buzzer outside but every morning I had to call in to let us out making us late for work one morning.
