Deception about the size of the standard room
The suite is nice because it is spacious. Downside: bathroom without a door, only a curtain.

- • The standard room with 2 Queen beds is much smaller than the advertised 45 m2 and according to the photo: barely a 50 cm passage between the beds and the table; no bench in front of the beds. Room totally unsuitable for 3 people.

- • All was great, except we had to wait several hours to get into our room (1103), but it was worth the wait!!
The bed is so comfortable. The staff is really nice. The pool, spa, and sauna wow! The location is more than perfect as well.

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had!
This is the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was lovely and knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were quiet and I got great sleep; there were no banging doors or hearing people yelling throughout the night. The rooms were clean and modern but not sterile and stuffy feeling. I enjoyed every interaction with the staff. The amenities were clean. This 5 star hotel exceeded my expectations and I don’t think I would consider staying at a different hotel if I were to go through Montreal again.
