It's an expensive, disintegrating shelter surrounded by mega resorts and blown-up construction sites.

- • It's not even close to the pictures in the listing. It's dirty, broken, disintegrating. Holes in the floor and dead plants in the pool area. Just a really sad vibe. A narrow homeless shelter tower surrounded by broken buildings and construction. I was on the second floor and it has one functioning toilet for the whole floor. Probably there were over 25 people living on that one floor. I checked out after 1 hour and stayed at a normal place that would double the price but had a wonderful private room, balcony, and pool surrounded by a garden.
