- • Rude staff, arrived early and was told room was ready early with no extra charge, but at 2 pm the room was still not cleaned, irresponsible. The bathroom smells, no soap provided so had to bring my own every time I washed my hands. The shower is broken.

- • Very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and communication was poor. I felt misled several times during my stay and did not feel welcomed as a foreign guest. My personal belongings were touched without permission, which made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel itself is also in poor condition, with mold visible on the walls. Overall, I would not recommend this place and I believe management should improve both service and hotel maintenance.
