- • We waited a long time to check in (over 2 hours). The bathroom had a problem with the toilet, which was very helpfully resolved by the manager. Another thing that bothered us a lot was the fact that they didn't have robots to deliver the orders we received, which made us wait around 20 or 30 minutes for each order to reach the room
Wonderful Experience
The food at both the breakfast and evening buffet was excellent. There was a wide choice and it was being freshly made and cooked to order. The service was impeccable. In the evening, the maitre d (who spoke perfect English) made a real effort to make me feel welcome, bringing freshly baked breads for me to try (including their specialty Szechuan spicy rolls) and ordering me the grilled lobster and dressed artichoke to the table. The views from the bar are wonderful and the cocktails delicious. The bedroom was immaculate and in very good condition - very little wear and tear. The bed was extremely comfortable and the blackout blinds and quiet room meant I slept very well. Other staff were also great - they were even accessible over WeChat when I was out during the day and helped me book the spa etc.

Overall, 1350rmb per night is reasonable during my stay of 8 nights. Loved the cigar bar and the view.
