Nice experience!
Love that the place is new, matress is good and love how each room has its own fridge and balcony. Although initially I thought the room is small, but all items are functioning well. Also love that they have laundry room and common room. The place is pretty airy and not stuffy, with modern design. Electronic appliances are electrolux in common rooms, drinking water is provided. Staffs are great and very accomodating! Location wise this hotel is pretty central and close to surabaya's main attractions.

- • Pretty thin wall so if you get unfortunate with loud neighbors that you'll have quite a noise. Also bring your own hairdryer coz it was not provided. Wifi generally pretty good but I experienced ups and downs in performance.
Overall, a quite comfortable place to stay.

- • Lack of toiletries - could be better. Need to improve on the waiting time for the food to be served in the cafe on the 7th floor. Waited almost an hour for my order.
