- • One of our 2 rooms was only available at 4:30 pm, so I found it a bit inappropriate the next morning to receive a message at 11:30 am to inform me that our check out was at noon.
Absolute Gem in Surabaya!
Incredible 3-night stay. You get 5-star service at a budget price point. Perfect location within walking distance to vibrant Tunjungan Street. The hospitality is unmatched—special thanks to Theresia at the front desk for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately nothing, as soon as we arrived we ran away after 5 minutes we entered the room and had to book another hotel.

- • The structure is abandoned, without any care, and as soon as we opened the room door, insects greeted us. Out of curiosity, I opened the bed and it was full of blood stains and the sheets, even if washed, were completely neglected, the bathroom had mold and little hygiene. Unfortunately, we left and, even though we asked for a refund, it was not accepted.
Very nice room, the bed is very comfortable. There is no noise. The pool is on the roof of the building and offers an incredible view. The restaurant is very pleasant.

Although the staff is friendly, there is no hairdryer.....

- • No ramp for people with disabilities, suitcases need to be carried up and down stairs directly. No hairdryer! Although the front desk is 24 hours, when I finished washing my hair and wanted to call to ask for a hairdryer, no one answered my call, and I couldn't go downstairs with my hair all wet, I had to wait for it to dry naturally
