The hotel was fantastic. Concierge staff was excellent and arranged a great tour for us. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast was amazing! It was included and we could order off the menu or eat from the beautiful buffet. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the views from our hotel room of Porto reached the river! We walked everywhere, so plenty of things to do within walking distance and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I can’t fault this hotel in any way, it was well located, clean, comfortable, the staff were amazing, the decor lovely, and the food was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return there if going to Porto.

Can’t fault the hotel. Everything was excellent, staff treated us like family. We loved our week there and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The staff were incredible, especially the two ladies named Ines and Rui and Joao. They made our stay very welcoming.

The breakfast was superb lots to choose from nothing was too much trouble everyone was very pleasant especially Inez who never forgot your name and was always ready to give you a hug when she saw you couldn’t fault anything and I am hard to please more than a home from home.

Amazing stay at the GA Palace. This was our second time at the hotel and it did not disappoint. Staff and accommodations were impressive. Hope to be back again soon!
