👎 Disliked
- • The main aspect to improve is the agility and attention of the service. In the pool area, for example, the towels left by guests when they left remained on the floor or on the sun loungers for quite some time without anyone picking them up, which conveyed a sense of disorder, lack of cleanliness, and lack of attention. Additionally, when we requested something from the staff, the response times were generally too long. I believe that a greater presence of staff and a more agile and attentive service would significantly improve the experience.

- • Small room. Lack of a comfortable armchair in the room. The pool area is small and narrow. In the photos, it looks much larger.
