One of the best concierge / front desk staff we have encountered. The servers at the rooftop bar and restaurant were warm, friendly, and efficient. Truly one of the best locations in Porto. The rooms were palatial, a much needed environment at the end of our 3 week trip to Spain & Portugal. Everyone at the hotel truly seemed to make sure our stay was exceptional.

Very nice hotel, ideally located in the heart of Porto. Very friendly welcome and very nice rooftop. Breakfast buffet very well stocked. I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Absolutely superb we extended our stay by 3 days as so impressed
The staff throughout were so well trained but the breakfast staff were exceptional. The breakfast itself can only be described as the best we have encountered in years. Location is perfect and all hotel facilities were flawless
