Truly Special Ta'aktana
The quality of service was exceptional! The warm welcome and genuine smiles were truly heartwarming. At breakfast, dinner or simply lounging..... when the staff served, they served with genuine warmth. We felt we were home.....

- • Nothing that we did not like....maybe not the best beach, but there was so much, much more to enjoy and love, we did not mind this.
Relaxing and fantastic
Facilities second to none and staff were amazingly friendly. Whatever you needed they provided in quick pace. They even gave us after sun when we burned to a crisp!

- • Everything else: pieces of glass scattered on the hotel beach and in the sea (toe opening in 3 clean cuts on the 1st day), a beach never raked, occasionally a staff member seen picking up by hand for 5 minutes some trash floating in the water. A murky pool closed for 3 days for maintenance, upon reopening the pool still murky and lacking sun loungers. The dining at Leros, the main restaurant, tasteless and uninteresting cuisine on many dishes on the menu... catastrophic desserts... breakfast is good. Worn bath products in the luxurious bathroom!!!! We truly thought we were in a luxury resort, as they claim, but the surprise was that we were in a popular hotel at a low price...
A dream destination in a dream island
I think it is one of the best places/hotels I've ever been, and I have traveled quite a lot, both alone and with Family. The facilities and the staff have been beyond extraordinary.
